Receptionists handle a variety of administrative support tasks, including answering phones, receiving visitors, preparing meeting and training rooms, sorting and distributing mail, and making travel plans.


Duties and Responsibilities:

o    Receiving guests and visitors to the office and ensure they are attended to by an Office Assistant

o    Receiving and connecting phone calls

o    Receiving and distributing correspondence, deliveries, and e-mail

o    Coordinating with the drivers to ensure speedy deliveries of documents

o    Keeping records of in- and outgoing documents

o    Maintaining the board room schedule

o    Ensuring the reception area and board room is kept flawlessly presentable

o    Supporting the Administration with translations, data entry, etc. as per time permitting

o    Following established policies and procedures

o    Integrating into the team and contributing to a healthy workplace culture


Authorized to:

o    Open and close the office

o    Instruct the Office Assistants as needed

o    Receive deliveries to the office
