With us you will provide insightful and detailed input into business strategies, driving the translation of strategies into plans, budgets and financial & operational targets (P&L, KPIs, CapEx, B/S, Cash Flow & Working Capital). Manage the FP&A team, design a robust best practice LRP and Annual Forecasting Process (quarterly rolling forecast, 9+15 and LRP), and with responsibility to drive business to deliver on forecasts set. You will provide recommended course of actions during strategic reviews of PL, BS, Cash Flow and CAPEX through delivery of weekly forecasts, month-end performance reviews, quarterly reporting, planning cycles & LRP.
Preparation of Board Deck and Analyst Deck and CFO preparation, attend Analyst Calls and explain performance to the investor community. Management of long term financing, working capital & delivery of cash targets. Own Capital Allocation of the company including management of debt level and dividend policy.
Lead Corporate Finance matters e.g. restructuring, M&A, due diligence. Identify and drive cost and process efficiencies. Recommend, design and implement improved processes that increase returns. Manage the Financial Reporting, Tax & Special Projects team. Design and build accurate, insightful and timely financial and management reporting for Vodafone Qatar and you’ll be the Audit Lead and key business attendee of Audit Committees.
Tax planning for Vodafone Qatar: You’ll ensure transactions and the organisation is structured to optimise the tax position. Review and recommend the correct arms-length price in transfer pricing scenarios. Lead the end-to-end BI process for the company. Provide insights & recommendations to improve business performance. Enable team to be the compass for the business, owning demand management & cross company analytics. Lead the special projects team to deliver on all major Finance transformation projects and company-wide cost saving initiatives. Identify strategic transformational projects and design and implement best practice wherever possible.
