Role & Responsibilities:
· Reports to the Acting General Manager
· Visit personally to market and identify/ establishment of contacts for new business / opportunities.
· Visits/ meets with key clients and maintaining relationships.
· Quotation follow-up with customers and order status.
· Contributing to AGM on developing and implementing, marketing plans and new sales strategies.
· Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers and posters.
· Assisting to AGM on preparation of events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
· Responsible for conduct and collecting the Customer satisfaction survey as per procedure.
· Responsible for collecting payments from the Clients
· Coordinate with Production team regarding order execution and communicate to Customers on order status.
· Communicate customer requirements / expectation to Production / internal team.
· Prepare sales reports, customer visit reports and submit to GM on day today basis.
· Maintaining and updating customer databases, enquiry register up to date.
· Implementing QHSE policy and achieving QHSE objectives related to Sales & Marketing.
· Implementing Integrated Management system procedure related to sales department and maintaining records.
