  • To assis the management with the issuance of lease renewal notices preparation if agreements in accordance with departmental process to verify the arabic text within the bilingual agreement is correct and iussuance of Arabic translated communication tenants.
  • To maintain and update a Master sheer of all residential lease identifying lease expiry, rates and information.

  • To update the supervisor and Coordinators when tenanats has declines the renewals and to inform the tenant pertaining to the move process.
  • Coordinate the move out inspection and prepare the inspection forms.
  • Prepare draft agreements in arabic translation and coordinate with customers. ensure data us correct and cheques are recevied in good order including the required documents.
  • to prepare extension letters and amendment letters as required.
